During a Media, Analyst or combined Skills Workshop, participants
learn how to:
- Deliver key messages, even under potentially hostile conditions, to reporters during print interviews, on talk, news, public affairs programs, during press conferences and to analysts during presentations;
- Interact with the media and analysts on a daily basis, particularly during phone conversations when impromptu interactions are often required;
- Anticipate problematic issues and map out appropriate responses.
Various interview and presentation situations
that participants are likely to encounter are simulated and
videotaped so that they become comfortable with the technical
requirements of in-studio interviews and to provide an opportunity
for videotape playback. Participants' performances are evaluated
and critiqued with particular emphasis on message delivery.
The Workshop may be organized one-on-one or as a Group session
and may be combined with a Strategic Positioning Workshop.

Advisory Committee Preparation
|
 |
CMG Productions deploys a strategic, scenario-driven approach to prepare teams for Advisory Committee Meetings to anticipate the various
issues the Committee may raise in the course of the meeting as well as potential decision outcomes. The keys for successful preparation
include not only well-executed presentations but also the ability to manage Q&A and address “thorny” topics, i.e., the ability to manage
issues. Message Strategy sessions are conducted with both the internal and external presenters – as well as external KOLs who may be
called upon at the meeting and/or by the media – to ensure clear and consistent message delivery.
A key advantage to working with CMG PRODUCTIONS is our +20 years of experience with pharma issues and our proven ability to execute a
comprehensive communications program, whether that involves message development, presentation preparation, Q&A management or media
interview anticipation and practice.

In addition, participants
learn the value of preparing key messages that must be
communicated in a variety of speaking situations including
large group presentations with podium and slides and one-on-one
